Legacy began out of a desire to contribute to our community and leave a Legacy to the world of God's love. 8 people started meeting in a home, then 19 people quickly out grew the "living room," and we moved to the garage.
January 4, 2009 we moved into Eastvale's Clara Barton Elementary School, multi-purpose room. It was a great success with a full praise team and many workers stepped up to greet 9 first time guests.
August 2, 2009 we moved to our new location, VanderMolen Elementary School, a block east of the 15 fwy, straight down 68th street (Mira Loma/Eastvale).
8 PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN THEIR LIVES TO JESUS AND WERE BAPTIZED IN OUR FIRST YEAR.We are all about making a difference in our community and the world, so you'll see us serving the community in regularly scheduled service projects.
- We've helped families during Christmas
- Cleaned a local school, helped the teachers prepare for the students
- FREE Yard-sale - Gave away our household items to our neighbors
- FREE water give away at Lowe's shopping center
- Helped the PTA raise funds for the school with track meets, craft fairs and yard sales
- FREE Fall Festival - games and prices for local kids
- FREE Block Party - hot dogs and games for local kids
- Joined with other churches in a sports equipment & clothing give away
- Wrapped gifts at Christmas for free
